INCORRECT ADDRESSES & SERVICE DISRUPTIONS
 Although we are committed to ensuring timely and accurate delivery of your order, GYMROOS cannot be held liable for circumstances outside our control, such as extreme weather, service disruptions, and incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
 


AUTHORITY TO LEAVE 
This grants the delivery driver permission to leave your package on the premises in the absence of a recipient. Consequently, a signature will not be necessary upon delivery. Once the delivery is completed, any lost or stolen items will be the customer's responsibility. GYMROOS will not be liable for any lost or stolen parcels, except in the case of incidents occurring during transit. We recommend opting for the "Signature Required" option if there is no secure location to leave the parcel. Authority to leave includes authorisations by property and/or individual/business.

 
AUTHORITY FOR AN INDIVIDUAL TO COLLECT PARCEL FROM YOUR POST OFFICE  


This allows Post Office staff to deliver your package to the designated recipient listed on your tracking number link or web application. Following the marking of your parcel as delivered and its acceptance by your designated individual, any lost or stolen items will be the customer's responsibility. GYMROOS will not be held accountable for any lost or stolen parcels, except in cases occurring during transit.


 
OTHER SCENARIOS

In cases where your package is delivered to a building with multiple apartments/units/businesses and signed for by an individual such as a concierge or receptionist, this will be considered a successful delivery. GYMROOS will not be held liable for any parcels not received under such circumstances. To prevent this scenario, we recommend using parcel collect services, parcel lockers, or making alternative arrangements
 

. IMPORT DUTIES FOR CUSTOMERS LIVING OUTSIDE OF AUSTRALIA
 
If shipped internationally, GYMROOS is not liable to pay any import duties, taxes or tariffs of your home country.
