RETURNS POLICY – STORE CREDIT ONLY
We offer a 30-day return policy starting from the date of delivery. You have 30 days to request a store credit after receiving your item. To qualify for a credit, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
We cannot accept returns on items that are worn, washed, stained, damaged, or used.
Once your return reaches our warehouse, it will undergo an inspection before we approve the credit.
Please allow up to 7 days for inspection and processing. The store credit is valid for 12 months from the date of issuance.
Please note: The cost of return shipping is your responsibility. We recommend using tracked shipping for returns, as GYMROOS is not liable for lost packages during the return process.
HOW TO START MY RETRUN
Please email us at contact@gymroos.com.au with your order number, reason for the return, and any necessary photos (if applicable).
Once your return is approved, we will provide return instructions, including a return shipping address.
Please note: returns without prior approval will not be accepted.
DAMAGED PRODUCTS
Each item is carefully inspected before shipment. If you receive a faulty product, please email contact@gymroos.com.au immediately, and include photos of the issue.
REFUNDS
Refunds will only be granted for items with genuine defects. Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
- Incorrect sizing that causes stretching and seam damage
- Stains from makeup or fake tan
- Wear and tear from usage over time
- Damage due to improper care or neglect
Once we have inspected your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method, which may take up to 14 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
Due to health and safety regulations, GYMROOS reserve the right to deny a refund or store credit for any worn or damaged items.
