1. CHANGE OF MIND/WRONG SIZE
Items purchased from GYMROOS can be returned for a refund within 14 days of delivery, alternatively, you can exchange or receive Credit on your product within 30 days.
Please inspect your product/s as soon as it arrives. Returns can only be accepted if items are unworn and unwashed, with original packaging, and tags on.
Please choose carefully - once your order is placed we are unable to modify/cancel the order if your order is ready to be shipped.
1.1 SALE ITEMS
Under our Change of Mind policy, all items purchased on sale can only be exchanged or returned for a store credit (unless deemed faulty under the Australian Consumer Law Act ).
All Items can be returned for an exchange within 30 days of delivery.
If the requested exchange is out of stock, you will be automatically refunded for the item.
If it is a sale item, you will be issued a store credit.
3. THE EXCHANGE / RETURN PROCESS
GYMROOS is not responsible for the cost of return/ size exchange shipping. And we recommend the use of tracked shipping as we will not be responsible if a returned item does not reach us safely.
For any return/ size exchange requests, please email email@example.com with your order number, product name and reason for return/exchange. Once the return request has been accepted we will email you the return/exchange information, including a return shipping address. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
4. FAULTY ITEM/ INCORRECT ITEM
Please contact us immediately via "firstname.lastname@example.org" and include a photo of the fault or incorrect item.
Our customer care team will contact you and we will either replace, refund, exchange or credit depending on the circumstances
