We will be working very hard to ensure all orders placed during our Black Friday sale are being processed as quickly as possible. Due to the heavy demand, we've taken all measures available to resource up our pick-pack and fulfilment teams to ensure your order is dispatched as a priority. Instead of our usual 1-3 day dispatch times, we expect there to be delays of up to 5-7 working days for your order to be dispatched during our Black Friday Sale.
If you are considering purchasing express shipping, please be aware of the processing time can still delay your order.
We appreciate your understanding and patience during our busiest season.
We haven't confirmed the end time yet. So if you have your eye on a specific item, we recommend buying while stocks last. A lot of sizes are expected to sell out quick, so don't hesitate.
We are doing everything we can to ensure this won’t happen. However, sometimes it’s impossible to avoid with the surge of demand for sought after products over this period. For whatever reason, if the item you purchased is out of stock our support team will be in touch with a swift resolution.

Items discounted by 40% or more are considered final sale and are non-refundable. We do not accept returns or size exchanges unless there is a quality issue.

Returnable items must be returned within 14 days of the delivery date, with tags intact, unwashed, and without any signs of wear or damage. Returned items that do not meet our quality standards will be sent back to your shipping address.
Items discounted below 40%:
For items discounted below 40%, we offer size exchanges, and returns are accepted for store credit only, items are not reundable unless there is a quality issue.
Everything will already be discounted, so theres no need for discount codes. Discount codes will also not be valid for the duration of the sale.
Our warehouse and customer service teams will be working fast to get your orders out of the door, so please take care to enter all details correctly- it is unlikely that changes can be made due to the high volume of orders and communications we are receiving. Please double checking your order details before checking out.

Dispatch is the time it takes from receiving your order to it leaving the warehouse with one of our shipping partners. Delivery time is the time it takes to get to you once our delivery partners pick up your package from one of our fulfilment centres.

Gymroos can only cover parcels lost in transit. Parcels lost due to an incorrect address provided cannot be covered.
