Our Black Friday sale starts at 11:00 AM AEST on Thursday 16th November.

SALE PRICE

The prices of sale items are exclusively applicable throughout the sale period. Therefore, Gymroos does not provide credit or refunds for any price discrepancies on items bought outside of the sale period.

REFUND AND SIZE EXCHANGE 

Items purchased on sale/special are non-refundable unless there is a quality issue. If you noticed a quality issue, please do not hesitate to contact our customer care team at contact@gymroos.com.au.

We do still process size exchanges for sale items, please email our customer care team at contact@gymroos.com.au. You are responsible to cover the shipping cost of sending the items back for size exhcange. We encourage you to keep your tracking details for your return parcel, Gymroos cannnot be held liable for return parcels that are lost in transit.  During the busy sale period, please allow up to 14 business days for your size exchange to be processed after we recieve your return parcel.

While our packing teams are working hard to get your orders ready, it's possible that certain orders may encounter delays, with dispatch from our warehouse taking up to 14 days. We are dedicated to working tirelessly around the clock to ensure you receive your order as quickly as possible.

Free Standard Shipping: orders over 150 AUD

Free Express Shipping: orders over 200 AUD
